Service Description

Join Claire and cold water therapist Anna on Saturday morning for a gorgeous Sauna and sea dip session! We'll start with a bit of breathwork, dip in the sea, then enjoy the beautiful heat of the Saltwater Sauna. Once warm, we'll dip again, and repeat the cycle! Finish with a meditation and a hot drink.
