I am enough.
This year has been one of the hardest and busiest years of my life. I've been on my dream trip to India (and Nepal and Sri Lanka), I've bought my first home, got married, survived a ten day Silent retreat, turned 30, and grown my yoga business to the point where I've been able to give up hours of my 'day job'. I'm so grateful for everything this year has bought, and its been probably the best year of my life!
I've been thinking about my goals for next year, and where I want to be both personally and for my business. I feel like every year we all make unrealistic goals that are not sustainable, which leads to regret and feeling like a failure. So, with that in mind, here are my goals for next year -
* Meditate every day. My 10 day retreat seems like such a long time ago, and I want to use the skills I learnt in every day life. I'm going to set aside some time to meditate, even if only for 2 minutes a day.
* Focus on health, rather then weight loss. I'm at a good point where I enjoy my workouts at the gym, and I've been running once a week. I want to keep this up!
* Focus on reducing my use of plastic. Recycle, reuse and reduce! I've been reading a lot of blog posts and books about this and I hope to be able to share my experiences throughout the year
* Run a yoga retreat! I'd love to go somewhere beautiful and peaceful, and teach yoga and nutrition
What are your goals? I'd like to thank you all for your support over the year, and wishing you a very Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year!
